- سجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى حسابي ← إعدادات الحساب ← حذف الحساب.
- اقرأ ما سيُحذف، ثم أكّد بوضع علامة الموافقة واضغط «احذف حسابي نهائيًا».
يُنفَّذ الحذف فورًا ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
أرسل بريدًا إلى support@sooqnashop.com من البريد المرتبط بحسابك، أو اذكر رقم هاتفك الموثق في الحساب. نتحقق من أنك صاحب الحساب وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى.
- بيانات الحساب: الهاتف، البريد، كلمة المرور، الاسم المعروض، الصورة، وربط حساب Google.
- الملف الشخصي: الاسم، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنسية، الجنس، النبذة، رقم واتساب، والعناوين المحفوظة.
- السيرة الذاتية وملفها وصورتها.
- المفضلة، البحوث المحفوظة، الإشعارات، الجلسات، ورموز الإشعارات على أجهزتك.
- إعلاناتك: تُزال من المنصة ويُمحى منها رقم التواصل. الباقات النشطة تُلغى.
- سجلات التفاعل: تُفصل عن هويتك، ونطلب من مزوّد التحليلات حذف ملفك لديه.
- المحادثات: تبقى لدى الطرف الآخر باسم مجهول، لأنها محادثته أيضًا.
- التقييمات التي أعطيتها أو تلقيتها: تبقى دون اسمك، لأن تقييم البائعين يعتمد عليها.
- طلبات التوظيف التي أرسلتها: تبقى لدى صاحب العمل بالبيانات التي أرسلتها إليه وقت التقديم.
- سجل الإعلانات المحذوفة: يبقى غير منشور، لأن محادثات وبلاغات مستخدمين آخرين مرتبطة به.
- سجلات المدفوعات: للمدة التي يوجبها القانون.
- البلاغات ومراسلات الدعم وسجل قرارات الإشراف: بالقدر اللازم لإثبات ما تم ولمنع الاحتيال.
- سجلات الأمان (محاولات التحقق وعناوين IP المرتبطة بها): حتى 12 شهرًا.
بعد الحذف يمكن تسجيل حساب جديد بالرقم أو البريد نفسه، إلا إذا كان الحساب قد عُلّق لمخالفة.

- Sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Read what gets deleted, tick the acknowledgement, then press “Delete my account permanently”.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Email support@sooqnashop.com from the address linked to your account, or include your verified account phone number. We confirm you own the account and complete the request within 30 days at most.
- Account data: phone, email, password, display name, photo, and the link to your Google account.
- Profile: name, date of birth, nationality, gender, bio, WhatsApp number, and saved addresses.
- Your CV, its file, and its photo.
- Favourites, saved searches, notifications, sessions, and the push tokens of your devices.
- Your listings: removed from the Platform, with the contact number erased from them. Active packages are cancelled.
- Interaction records: detached from your identity, and we ask the analytics provider to delete your profile.
- Chats: they stay with the other party under an anonymous name, because the conversation is theirs too.
- Ratings you gave or received: kept without your name, because seller ratings depend on them.
- Job applications you sent: they stay with the employer, with the details you sent at the time of applying.
- The record of deleted listings: kept unpublished, because other users' chats and reports are tied to it.
- Payment records: for as long as the law requires.
- Reports, support correspondence, and the moderation log: as far as needed to evidence what was done and to prevent fraud.
- Security records (verification attempts and the IP addresses tied to them): up to 12 months.
After deletion a new account can be registered with the same number or email, unless the account had been suspended for a violation.
