- احذر السعر الأقل من السوق بكثير — الصفقة «الذهبية» أشهر أبواب الاحتيال.
- أبقِ التواصل داخل محادثات المنصة ليبقى له أثر يمكن الرجوع إليه.
- لا تشارك بياناتك البنكية أو رمز تحقق وصلك على الهاتف مع أي شخص.
- قابل في مكان عام نهارًا، واصطحب شخصًا معك إن أمكن.
- عاين السلعة بنفسك وجرّبها قبل أي دفع — وللمركبات: افحصها لدى فاحص مستقل وتحقق من المستندات والملكية.
- للعقارات: تحقق من صفة المعلن وسند الملكية أو التوكيل قبل أي التزام.
- لا تحوّل أموالًا مقدمًا ولا تدفع «عربون حجز» لطرف لا تعرفه مهما كان العذر مقنعًا.
- ادفع عند الاستلام وبعد المعاينة، وبطريقة موثقة.
- للبائع: احذر إيصالات التحويل المزورة — تأكد من وصول المبلغ فعليًا إلى حسابك قبل تسليم السلعة.
- ارفض من يستعجلك أو يطلب إكمال الصفقة خارج المنصة أو عبر روابط دفع مجهولة.
- لا تدفع أي رسوم مقابل وعد بوظيفة أو «تسريع معاملة» — الجهة الجادة لا تطلب مالًا من المتقدم.
- تحقق من هوية صاحب العمل قبل مشاركة وثائقك الشخصية.
صادفت إعلانًا مخالفًا أو سلوكًا مريبًا؟ استخدم زر «إبلاغ» على الإعلان أو الملف الشخصي — يعمل حتى بدون تسجيل دخول — أو راسلنا عبر «مركز المساعدة». فريق الإشراف يراجع كل بلاغ.

- Read the seller's profile: verification, ratings, and join date.
- Beware prices far below market — the “golden deal” is fraud's favourite door.
- Keep contact inside the platform's chat so there is a trace to come back to.
- Never share your bank details or an SMS verification code with anyone.
- Meet in a public place in daylight, and bring someone along if you can.
- Inspect and test the item yourself before any payment — for vehicles, use an independent inspection and verify documents and ownership.
- For property: verify the advertiser's capacity and the title deed or power of attorney before committing.
- Never send money in advance or pay a “reservation deposit” to someone you don't know, however convincing the excuse.
- Pay on delivery, after inspection, in a traceable way.
- Sellers: beware forged transfer receipts — confirm the money actually reached your account before handing anything over.
- Refuse anyone who rushes you, or pushes the deal off-platform, or sends unknown payment links.
- Never pay a fee for a job promise or to “speed up paperwork” — a serious employer asks candidates for no money.
- Verify the employer's identity before sharing personal documents.
