Delete your Sooqna account

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Sooqna app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Read what gets deleted, tick the acknowledgement, then tap “Delete my account permanently”.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email (fallback)

Email support@sooqnashop.com from the address linked to your account, or include your verified account phone number.

What gets deleted

• Account data (phone, email, name, photo).
• Your listings with their photos, favourites, saved searches, and CV.
• Verification documents, if any.

Conversations remain for the other side under an anonymous name. Email requests are completed within 30 days at most, and records of completed financial transactions may be retained for as long as the law requires.

حذف حسابك في سوقنا

من داخل التطبيق (الطريقة الأسرع)

1. افتح تطبيق سوقنا وسجّل الدخول.
2. اذهب إلى حسابي ← إعدادات الحساب ← حذف الحساب.
3. اقرأ ما سيُحذف، ثم أكّد بوضع علامة الموافقة واضغط «احذف حسابي نهائيًا».

يُنفَّذ الحذف فورًا ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

عبر البريد (بديل)

أرسل بريدًا إلى support@sooqnashop.com من البريد المرتبط بحسابك، أو اذكر رقم هاتفك الموثق في الحساب.

ما الذي يُحذف؟

• بيانات الحساب (الهاتف، البريد، الاسم، الصورة).
• إعلاناتك وصورها ومفضلاتك وبحوثك المحفوظة وسيرتك الذاتية.
• وثائق التوثيق إن وُجدت.

تبقى المحادثات لدى الطرف الآخر باسم مجهول. طلبات البريد تُنفَّذ خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى، وقد نحتفظ بسجلات المعاملات المالية المكتملة للمدة التي يوجبها القانون.
