Acceptance
By using Sooqna you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Using the platform
- Your account data must be accurate; posting requires a verified phone number.
- You are responsible for your listings' content, accuracy, and legality.
- Illegal, misleading, or abusive content and prohibited goods are not allowed.
- Listings are moderated; we may reject or remove violating ads and suspend violating accounts.
Transactions between users
Sooqna is a listing and communication platform — sales happen directly between users at their own responsibility. Inspect the item and the seller before paying; never wire money in advance to someone you do not know.
Paid services
When promotion packages are available, prices and features are shown before purchase. Promotion is a visibility service and does not guarantee a sale; it is non-refundable once featuring starts, except as required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user listings and are not liable for losses arising from user-to-user transactions.

باستخدامك «سوقنا» فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم المنصة.
استخدام المنصة
- يجب أن تكون بياناتك صحيحة، ورقم هاتفك موثقًا لنشر الإعلانات.
- أنت المسؤول عن محتوى إعلاناتك وصحة ما فيها وقانونية ما تبيعه.
- يُمنع نشر المحتوى المخالف للقانون أو المضلل أو المسيء، والسلع المحظورة.
- تخضع الإعلانات للمراجعة، ويحق لنا رفض أو إزالة أي إعلان مخالف وتعليق الحسابات المخالفة.
المعاملات بين المستخدمين
«سوقنا» منصة عرض وتواصل — البيع والشراء يتمان بين المستخدمين مباشرة وعلى مسؤوليتهم. تحقق من السلعة والبائع قبل الدفع، ولا تحوّل أموالًا مقدمًا لطرف لا تعرفه.
الخدمات المدفوعة
عند توفر باقات الترويج، تظهر أسعارها وميزاتها قبل الشراء. الترويج خدمة عرض ولا يضمن البيع، ولا يُسترد بعد بدء التمييز إلا وفق القانون المعمول به.
حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم المنصة كما هي. لا نضمن دقة إعلانات المستخدمين، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر الناتجة عن معاملات بين المستخدمين.
