Sooqna Shop is a classifieds platform operating through its mobile app and sooqnashop.com (the “Platform”). It is operated by Sooqna Shop Services W.L.L., Commercial Registration No. 252686 and Commercial License No. 343098 in the State of Qatar, at Zone 53, Street 790, Building 202, Floor 2, No. 3 (“we”, the “Company”).
These Terms are a binding contract between you and us. By using the Platform — browsing, registering, posting, or messaging — you confirm that you have read and agree to them and to the policies that complete them: the Privacy Policy, Posting Rules, Prohibited & Restricted Items, Paid Services & Refunds, Intellectual Property & Content Reports, and Cookies. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
Changes: we may amend these Terms. We post the amended text on this page with its effective date, and we notify you inside the Platform of any material change at least fourteen days before it takes effect, unless the law or safety requires sooner. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date means you accept; if you do not, you may stop and delete your account. Earlier versions are available on request.
The Platform is a space where users publish listings and where buyers meet sellers and employers meet candidates. We are not a party to any deal, contract, or arrangement between users; we are not a seller, buyer, real-estate broker, recruitment agency, payment intermediary, or anyone's agent. We do not own, hold, or inspect the items advertised, and we do not receive their price or ship them.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing; the quality, safety, or legality of any item or service; or any user's identity, capacity, ownership of what they offer, or ability to do what they promised. Every dealing you conduct through the Platform happens directly between you and the other party at your sole responsibility — including inspection, payment, delivery, transfer of ownership, warranties, and any fees or taxes. An offer made or received through the Platform creates no obligation on us.
You keep ownership of what you post (text, photos, data). By posting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, transferable and sublicensable to our service providers, to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, translate, display, and distribute that content — including resizing photos and applying the Platform's watermark to them, and showing listings in search results, search engines, the Platform's promotional channels, and its social media accounts.
This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, and continues only as far as needed for uses already made publicly, for backups and archiving for a reasonable time, and for what the law requires or the resolution of disputes demands. Deleting a listing from the Platform does not guarantee it disappears at once from search engines or from third-party sites that copied it.
You represent and warrant that:
Every listing must follow the Posting Rules and contain nothing listed under Prohibited & Restricted Items. Both pages form part of these Terms. Neither list is exhaustive; we may update them as the law and users' safety require, and an update applies to new and renewed listings from the date it is posted.
Listings are reviewed before going live, and return to review when their title, description, photos, or category are edited. That review checks apparent compliance with our rules only; it does not verify a listing's accuracy, the ownership of the item, or its legality. It is our right, not our obligation, and approving a listing is neither an endorsement nor a guarantee.
We may — in our reasonable discretion — reject or remove any content, limit its visibility, or move it to its correct category, and warn its owner or restrict, suspend, or terminate their account, where these Terms or the law are violated or to protect users or the Platform. When a listing is rejected or removed we tell you the reason inside the Platform, and you may edit it and resubmit it for review.
Appeals: if you believe a decision about your listing or account is wrong, write to us through the Help Center or at support@sooqnashop.com within thirty days of the decision. A member of our team reviews the appeal, and we aim to reply within seven working days.
Reports: anyone, even without an account, can report a listing or a user with the “Report” button. We do not disclose the reporter's identity to the reported party. Once we have actual knowledge of unlawful content we remove it or disable access to it without delay. We cooperate with competent authorities as the law requires, and may report to them what appears to us to be a crime.
Inspect the item yourself before paying, verify the other party, and never send money in advance or pay a “deposit” to someone you do not know. The Platform provides no escrow or payment mediation between users, and any amount you pay us is for our own services only — never the price of anyone's item. Read the Safety Tips before any dealing.
We are under no duty to intervene in a dispute between users. To the extent the law permits, you release us from any claim arising from your dispute with another user or from a dealing between the two of you.
The Platform may offer features powered by artificial intelligence, such as the “Nabeeh” assistant, price check, help writing a listing, and CV auto-fill. Their output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete; it is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and a price estimate is an indication, not a certified valuation.
Basic posting is free. Where promotion packages or other paid services are available, their features, duration, and full price in your country's currency are shown before payment. Promotion is a visibility service and guarantees no sale, rental, or hire, and no number of views or contacts. The payment, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in Paid Services & Refunds, which forms part of these Terms. We may change packages and prices for future purchases.
The Platform, its design, software, databases, and marks (“Sooqna Shop” and its logo) belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use them for their intended purpose. You may not copy them, exploit them commercially, or use our marks without written permission. To report content that infringes your rights, see Intellectual Property & Content Reports.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent the law permits, we give no warranty, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free content — and we do not promise that any service will remain free or available.
To the maximum extent the law permits: we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from users' content or conduct, or from any transaction or communication between them on or off the Platform, nor for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or opportunity, or loss of data or reputation. In all cases our total liability to you shall not exceed the higher of: (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event, or (b) one thousand Qatari riyals. You must take reasonable steps to mitigate any loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for our own fraud or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any right given to you by consumer-protection law or by any mandatory law that cannot be contracted out of.
You agree to indemnify us, our officers, and our staff against any claims, losses, or reasonable expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising from your breach of these Terms, content you posted, a transaction you conducted through the Platform, or your violation of the law or of anyone's rights.
Depending on how serious a violation is, we may: warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend the account temporarily, or terminate it permanently. For serious violations — such as fraud, offering prohibited items, or abuse — suspension may be immediate and without prior notice. When an account is suspended its sessions are ended and its listings are hidden. You may stop using the Platform at any time and delete your account (see Account Deletion).
Clauses that by their nature should survive termination do: the licence for publicly posted content within its stated limits, indemnity, liability limits, and governing law.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — such as failures of the internet or of our providers, acts of authorities, or disasters — for as long as they last.
The Platform may include third-party links or services (such as maps, payment processors, and app stores). We are not responsible for their content or policies; your use of them is governed by their owners' terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Qatar. Please write to us first so we can try to resolve any disagreement amicably. Failing that, the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory protection or jurisdiction that the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer.

«سوقنا شوب» منصة إعلانات مبوّبة تعمل عبر تطبيق الموبايل والموقع sooqnashop.com («المنصة»). تشغّلها شركة سوقنا شوب للخدمات (ذ.م.م)، سجل تجاري رقم 252686 ورخصة تجارية رقم 343098 في دولة قطر، وعنوانها: المنطقة 53، شارع 790، مبنى 202، الطابق 2، رقم 3 («نحن»، «الشركة»).
هذه الشروط عقد ملزم بينك وبيننا. باستخدامك المنصة — تصفحًا أو تسجيلًا أو نشرًا أو تواصلًا — فأنت تقرّ بأنك قرأتها ووافقت عليها وعلى السياسات المكمّلة لها: سياسة الخصوصية، قواعد النشر، المحظورات والمقيَّدات، الخدمات المدفوعة والاسترداد، الملكية الفكرية والإبلاغ عن المحتوى، وملفات الارتباط. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم المنصة. وإن كنت تستخدمها باسم شركة أو مؤسسة فأنت تقرّ بأنك مفوَّض بإلزامها.
تعديل الشروط: يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط. ننشر النص المعدَّل على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريانه، وننبّهك داخل المنصة إلى أي تعديل جوهري قبل سريانه بأربعة عشر يومًا على الأقل، إلا إذا أوجب القانون أو الأمان سريانًا أسرع. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد تاريخ السريان يعني قبولك، وإن لم تقبل فلك أن تتوقف وتحذف حسابك. النسخ السابقة متاحة عند الطلب.
المنصة مساحة لعرض إعلانات المستخدمين وربط البائع بالمشتري وصاحب العمل بالباحث عن عمل. نحن لسنا طرفًا في أي صفقة أو عقد أو اتفاق يتم بين المستخدمين، ولسنا بائعًا ولا مشتريًا ولا وسيطًا عقاريًا ولا مكتب توظيف ولا وسيط دفع ولا وكيلًا لأي طرف. لا نملك السلع المعروضة ولا نحوزها ولا نفحصها، ولا نستلم ثمنها ولا نشحنها.
لا نضمن صحة أي إعلان، ولا جودة أي سلعة أو خدمة أو سلامتها أو قانونيتها، ولا هوية أي مستخدم أو أهليته أو ملكيته لما يعرضه أو قدرته على إتمام ما وعد به. أي تعامل تجريه عبر المنصة يتم مباشرة بينك وبين الطرف الآخر وعلى مسؤوليتكما وحدكما، بما في ذلك المعاينة والدفع والتسليم ونقل الملكية والضمانات وأي رسوم أو ضرائب. والعرض الذي تقدّمه أو تتلقّاه عبر المنصة لا يُنشئ أي التزام علينا.
تبقى ملكية ما تنشره (نصوص، صور، بيانات) لك. وبنشره على المنصة فأنت تمنحنا ترخيصًا عالميًا غير حصري، من دون مقابل، قابلًا للتحويل وللترخيص من الباطن لمزوّدي خدماتنا، لاستضافة هذا المحتوى وتخزينه ونسخه وتعديله تقنيًا وترجمته وعرضه وتوزيعه، بما في ذلك تغيير مقاسات الصور ووضع علامة المنصة المائية عليها، وعرض الإعلانات في نتائج البحث ومحركات البحث وقنوات المنصة الترويجية وحساباتها على وسائل التواصل.
ينتهي هذا الترخيص عند حذفك المحتوى أو حسابك، ويبقى بالقدر اللازم لما سبق استخدامه علنًا، وللنسخ الاحتياطية والأرشفة مدة معقولة، ولما يوجبه القانون أو تقتضيه تسوية النزاعات. حذف الإعلان من المنصة لا يضمن زواله فورًا من محركات البحث أو من مواقع أطراف ثالثة نسخته.
أنت تقرّ وتضمن أنّ:
كل إعلان يجب أن يلتزم بـقواعد النشر وألا يتضمن شيئًا من المحظورات والمقيَّدات. هاتان الصفحتان جزء من هذه الشروط. القائمتان ليستا حصريتين، ويجوز لنا تحديثهما بحسب القانون وما يقتضيه أمان المستخدمين، ويسري التحديث على الإعلانات الجديدة والمجدَّدة من تاريخ نشره.
تمرّ الإعلانات بمراجعة قبل النشر، وتعود إلى المراجعة عند تعديل عنوانها أو وصفها أو صورها أو تصنيفها. هذه المراجعة فحص للالتزام بقواعدنا الظاهرة فقط، وليست تحققًا من صحة الإعلان أو ملكية السلعة أو قانونيتها، وهي حق لنا لا التزام علينا، وموافقتنا على نشر إعلان ليست تزكية له ولا ضمانًا.
يحق لنا — بتقديرنا المعقول — رفض أي محتوى أو إزالته أو الحدّ من ظهوره أو نقله إلى تصنيفه الصحيح، وتنبيه صاحبه أو تقييد حسابه أو تعليقه أو إنهاؤه، عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو القانون أو حماية للمستخدمين أو للمنصة. عند رفض إعلان أو إزالته نُعلمك بالسبب داخل المنصة، ولك أن تعدّله وتعيد إرساله للمراجعة.
الاعتراض: إن رأيت أن قرارًا بحق إعلانك أو حسابك خاطئ فراسلنا عبر مركز المساعدة أو على support@sooqnashop.com خلال ثلاثين يومًا من القرار. يراجع الاعتراضَ شخصٌ من فريقنا، ونسعى للرد خلال سبعة أيام عمل.
البلاغات: يمكن لأي شخص، حتى دون حساب، الإبلاغ عن إعلان أو مستخدم من زر «إبلاغ». لا نكشف هوية المبلِّغ للمبلَّغ عنه. ومتى علمنا فعليًا بمحتوى غير مشروع أزلناه أو عطّلنا الوصول إليه دون تأخير. نتعاون مع الجهات المختصة وفق القانون، وقد نبلغها بما نراه جريمة.
عايِن السلعة بنفسك قبل الدفع، وتحقق من الطرف الآخر، ولا تحوّل أموالًا مقدمًا ولا تدفع «عربونًا» لطرف لا تعرفه. المنصة لا توفر خدمة ضمان أو وساطة مالية بين المستخدمين، وأي مبلغ تدفعه لنا هو مقابل خدماتنا نحن فقط وليس ثمنًا لسلعة أحد. اقرأ نصائح الأمان قبل أي تعامل.
لسنا ملزمين بالتدخل في أي خلاف بين المستخدمين. وإلى الحد الذي يجيزه القانون، تُعفينا من أي مطالبة تنشأ عن خلافك مع مستخدم آخر أو عن تعامل جرى بينكما.
قد تتيح المنصة ميزات تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، مثل المساعد «نبيه»، وفحص السعر، والمساعدة في كتابة الإعلان، وتعبئة السيرة الذاتية. مخرجات هذه الميزات تُولَّد آليًا وقد تكون غير دقيقة أو ناقصة، وليست نصيحة قانونية أو مالية أو مهنية، وتقدير السعر مؤشر استرشادي لا تقييم معتمد.
النشر الأساسي مجاني. عند توفر باقات الترويج أو خدمات مدفوعة أخرى، تُعرض ميزاتها ومدتها وسعرها الكامل بعملة بلدك قبل الدفع. الترويج خدمة ظهور ولا يضمن البيع أو التأجير أو التوظيف ولا عددًا من المشاهدات أو الاتصالات. شروط الدفع والإلغاء والاسترداد مفصّلة في صفحة الخدمات المدفوعة والاسترداد، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط. يحق لنا تعديل الباقات وأسعارها للمشتريات المستقبلية.
المنصة وتصميمها وبرمجياتها وقواعد بياناتها وعلاماتها («سوقنا شوب» وشعارها) ملك لنا أو لمرخّصينا. نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا محدودًا غير حصري وقابلًا للإلغاء لاستخدامها للغرض المخصصة له. لا يجوز نسخها أو استغلالها تجاريًا أو استخدام علاماتنا دون إذن كتابي. للإبلاغ عن محتوى ينتهك حقوقك راجع صفحة الملكية الفكرية والإبلاغ عن المحتوى.
تُقدَّم المنصة «كما هي» و«كما هي متاحة». إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يجيزه القانون، لا نقدّم أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني، بما في ذلك الملاءمة لغرض معين وعدم الانقطاع وخلو المحتوى من الأخطاء، ولا نضمن بقاء أي خدمة مجانية أو متاحة.
إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يجيزه القانون: لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة أو ضرر ينشأ عن محتوى المستخدمين أو تصرفاتهم، أو عن أي معاملة أو تواصل بينهم داخل المنصة أو خارجها، ولا عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية، كفوات الربح أو الفرصة أو فقدان البيانات أو السمعة. وفي جميع الأحوال لا يتجاوز إجمالي مسؤوليتنا تجاهك الأعلى من: (أ) ما دفعتَه لنا من رسوم خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للواقعة، أو (ب) ألف ريال قطري. وعليك اتخاذ ما هو معقول لتخفيف أي ضرر.
لا يستبعد أي بند في هذه الشروط ولا يحدّ من مسؤوليتنا عن غشّنا أو خطئنا الجسيم، ولا عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الناتجة عن إهمالنا، ولا من أي حق يمنحه لك قانون حماية المستهلك أو أي قانون آمر لا يجوز الاتفاق على مخالفته.
توافق على تعويضنا والقائمين علينا والعاملين لدينا عن أي مطالبات أو خسائر أو مصاريف معقولة (بما فيها أتعاب المحاماة المعقولة) يرفعها طرف ثالث وتنشأ عن خرقك هذه الشروط، أو محتوى نشرته، أو معاملة أجريتها عبر المنصة، أو انتهاكك القانون أو حقوق الغير.
بحسب جسامة المخالفة يجوز لنا: التنبيه، إزالة المحتوى، تقييد بعض الميزات، تعليق الحساب مؤقتًا، أو إنهاؤه نهائيًا. في المخالفات الجسيمة — كالاحتيال وعرض المحظورات والإساءة — يجوز التعليق فورًا ودون إشعار مسبق. عند تعليق الحساب تُنهى جلساته وتُخفى إعلاناته. ويمكنك أنت إنهاء استخدامك في أي وقت وحذف حسابك (انظر حذف الحساب).
تبقى نافذة بعد الإنهاء البنود التي تقتضي طبيعتها البقاء: الترخيص لما نُشر علنًا بحدوده المذكورة، والتعويض، وحدود المسؤولية، والقانون الحاكم.
لا نُسأل عن أي تأخير أو إخفاق في الأداء سببه ظرف خارج عن سيطرتنا المعقولة، كانقطاع الإنترنت أو خدمات مزوّدينا أو قرارات السلطات أو الكوارث، ما دام الظرف قائمًا.
قد تتضمن المنصة روابط أو خدمات لأطراف ثالثة (مثل الخرائط ومعالجات الدفع ومتاجر التطبيقات). لا نتحمل مسؤولية محتواها أو سياساتها، واستخدامك لها يخضع لشروط أصحابها.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر وتُفسَّر بموجبها. نرجو أن تراسلنا أولًا لنحاول حل أي خلاف وديًا. وإن تعذّر ذلك اختصّت محاكم دولة قطر بالنظر فيه، وذلك دون إخلال بأي حماية آمرة أو اختصاص قضائي يقرره قانون بلد إقامتك لمصلحتك بصفتك مستهلكًا.
