We respect others' rights and ask our users to do the same. Content on Sooqna Shop is posted by users and hosted by us; once we have actual knowledge of unlawful content we remove it or disable access to it without delay. This page forms part of the Terms of Use.

1. Ordinary report

For a listing that breaks the rules, is fraudulent, or is offensive: use the “Report” button on the listing or on the user's profile. It works without signing in.

2. Notice of infringement

If you own a trademark, a copyright, or an image — or act for its owner — and see a listing that infringes your right, send the following to support@sooqnashop.com under the subject “Notice of infringement”:

1. Who you are: your full name, your capacity (rights holder, or agent with proof of authority), and your email and phone.
2. The right infringed: a description of it, and proof where available (trademark registration number, link to the original work).
3. Where the content is: the listing's link or number, and which part of it exactly.
4. Why it is unlawful: a short statement that you did not authorise this use and the law does not permit it.
5. A declaration that the notice is accurate and made in good faith, and your signature (a typed name is enough).

An incomplete notice may leave us unable to act, and we will ask you to complete it. A dispute over a right not yet established (such as ownership contested between two parties) is for the courts to decide, not us.

3. What we do

• We review a complete notice and act on it without delay, aiming for three working days.
• Where the infringement appears clear, we remove the content and tell its owner why.
• We may give the listing's owner the substance of the notice and the complainant's name so they can respond, without contact details.

4. If your listing was removed

If you believe the removal is wrong — because you own the right, are authorised, or the description does not apply — object by replying to the notice you received, with proof. We review the objection and may restore the listing.

5. Repeat infringement

An account shown to have infringed others' rights more than twice is terminated. For a serious or deliberate violation it may be terminated the first time.

6. Malicious notices

A false notice, or one made in bad faith to harm a competitor, breaches our Terms, and whoever sends it bears the resulting damage.

7. The Platform's own content

The name “Sooqna Shop”, its logo, and the Platform's design belong to us. Listings and their photos may not be copied to other sites, scraped by automated means, or used to train artificial-intelligence models without written permission.

١. إبلاغ عادي

لإعلان مخالف أو احتيالي أو مسيء: زر «إبلاغ» على الإعلان أو على ملف المستخدم، ويعمل دون تسجيل دخول.

٢. إشعار بانتهاك حق

إن كنت صاحب علامة تجارية أو حق مؤلف أو صورة، أو وكيلًا عنه، ورأيت إعلانًا ينتهك حقك، فأرسل إلى support@sooqnashop.com بعنوان «إشعار انتهاك» ما يلي:

1. من أنت: اسمك الكامل، وصفتك (صاحب الحق أو وكيله مع ما يثبت الوكالة)، وبريدك وهاتفك.
2. الحق المنتهَك: وصفه، وما يثبته إن وُجد (رقم تسجيل العلامة، رابط العمل الأصلي).
3. أين المحتوى: رابط الإعلان أو رقمه، وأي جزء منه تحديدًا.
4. لماذا هو غير مشروع: بيان موجز بأنك لم تأذن بهذا الاستخدام ولا يجيزه القانون.
5. إقرار بأن ما ورد في الإشعار صحيح وبحسن نية، وتوقيعك (يكفي كتابة الاسم).

الإشعار الناقص قد لا يمكّننا من التصرف، وسنطلب استكماله. الخلاف على حق لم يثبت بعد (كنزاع ملكية بين طرفين) يفصل فيه القضاء لا نحن.

٣. ما نفعله

• نراجع الإشعار المكتمل ونتصرف فيه دون تأخير، ونسعى لذلك خلال ثلاثة أيام عمل.
• إن بدا الانتهاك واضحًا أزلنا المحتوى وأعلمنا صاحبه بالسبب.
• قد نزوّد صاحب الإعلان بمضمون الإشعار واسم المشتكي ليتمكن من الرد، دون بيانات التواصل.

٤. إن أُزيل إعلانك

إن رأيت أن الإزالة خاطئة — لأنك صاحب الحق أو مأذون لك أو لأن الوصف لا ينطبق — فاعترض بالرد على الإشعار الذي وصلك، مع ما يثبت ذلك. نراجع الاعتراض وقد نعيد الإعلان.

٥. تكرار الانتهاك

من ثبت انتهاكه لحقوق الغير أكثر من مرتين يُنهى حسابه. وللمخالفة الجسيمة أو المتعمدة قد يُنهى من المرة الأولى.

٦. الإشعارات الكيدية

الإشعار الكاذب أو المقدَّم بسوء نية للإضرار بمنافس مخالفة لشروطنا، ويتحمل صاحبه ما يترتب عليه من ضرر.

٧. محتوى المنصة

اسم «سوقنا شوب» وشعاره وتصميم المنصة ملك لنا. لا يجوز نسخ الإعلانات أو صورها إلى مواقع أخرى، ولا كشطها آليًا، ولا استخدامها لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي، دون إذن كتابي.
