هذه القواعد جزء من شروط الاستخدام. كل إعلان يمرّ بمراجعة قبل نشره، والإعلان المخالف يُرفض أو يُزال مع بيان السبب.
- سلعة أو خدمة أو وظيفة واحدة في كل إعلان، وإعلان واحد لكل سلعة. لا تكرّر الإعلان نفسه في تصنيف أو مدينة أخرى.
- اختر التصنيف الصحيح. لا يمكن تغيير الدولة أو القسم الرئيسي بعد النشر، ويجوز لنا نقل الإعلان إلى تصنيفه الصحيح.
- لا تحوّل إعلانًا منشورًا إلى سلعة أخرى. انشر إعلانًا جديدًا.
- لا تحذف الإعلان وتعيد نشره لرفع ترتيبه. استخدم «تحديث» أو باقات الترويج.
- اعرض ما تملكه أو ما أنت مفوَّض بعرضه، وما هو موجود فعلًا في الدولة التي تنشر فيها.
- اكتب وصفًا صادقًا وكاملًا، واذكر العيوب المعروفة. لا عناوين مضلّلة ولا حشو كلمات.
- لا روابط لمواقع أو منصات أخرى، ولا ترويج لمنصات منافسة.
- أزل الإعلان أو علّمه «تم البيع» متى بيعت السلعة أو شُغلت الوظيفة.
- ردّ على المهتمين في وقت معقول، ولا تطلب دفعًا مسبقًا.
- السعر مطلوب لكل إعلان عدا الوظائف، ويجب أن يكون السعر الحقيقي الكامل، بعملة بلد الإعلان.
- لا تضع القسط أو العربون أو سعرًا رمزيًا مكان السعر.
- صور حقيقية للسلعة المعروضة نفسها وبحالتها الحالية. لا صور من الإنترنت ولا من إعلان غيرك، ولا صور مولَّدة أو معدَّلة تضلّل المشتري.
- لا أرقام هواتف ولا عناوين مواقع ولا شعارات أو علامات مائية لجهات أخرى داخل الصور. تضع المنصة علامتها المائية آليًا.
- لا صور مجمّعة (كولاج) ولا لقطات شاشة ولا صور مشوّشة، ولا صور لأشخاص دون موافقتهم.
- حتى 10 صور للإعلان.
- مركبة واحدة في كل إعلان، بصور فعلية لها من الخارج والداخل. يجوز إخفاء رقم اللوحة.
- الماركة والطراز وسنة الصنع والعدّاد والحالة يجب أن تطابق الواقع.
- اذكر بوضوح إن كانت المركبة متضرّرة أو مسجَّلة حادثًا أو عليها قيد أو رهن.
- لا تعلن عن مركبة ليست في حيازتك أو محجوزة لمشترٍ آخر.
- إعلان واحد لكل وحدة، لعقار متاح فعلًا وقت النشر.
- المعلن مالك أو مفوَّض من المالك. الوسيط والمطوّر يحملان الترخيص الذي يوجبه قانون بلدهما ويبرزانه عند الطلب.
- المساحة وعدد الغرف والموقع والسعر يجب أن تطابق الواقع، ويُذكر إن كان السعر شهريًا أو سنويًا.
- لا تمييز غير مشروع في من يُقبل مستأجرًا أو مشتريًا.
- وظيفة واحدة حقيقية وشاغرة في كل إعلان، مع المسمّى ومكان العمل وطبيعته.
- يُمنع طلب أي مبلغ من المتقدم مقابل التقديم أو المقابلة أو التدريب أو التأشيرة أو الوظيفة.
- لا تسويق شبكي أو هرمي، ولا «فرص ربح» بلا عمل محدد.
- لا شروط تمييزية لا يقتضيها العمل نفسه.
- مكاتب التوظيف والاستقدام تعلن فقط إن كانت مرخَّصة، وتبرز الترخيص عند الطلب.
- لا تطلب في الإعلان صور وثائق شخصية.
- يبقى الإعلان منشورًا 30 يومًا من تاريخ الموافقة، ونذكّرك قبل انتهائه. تجديده مجاني ويمدّه 30 يومًا.
- بعد الانتهاء يختفي من نتائج البحث ويبقى في «إعلاناتي»، ويُؤرشف بعد 90 يومًا.
- تعديل السعر أو المدينة أو رقم التواصل يُطبَّق فورًا. تعديل العنوان أو الوصف أو الصور أو التصنيف أو المواصفات يعيد الإعلان إلى المراجعة فيغيب عن النتائج حتى الموافقة.
- «تحديث» الإعلان إلى أعلى النتائج متاح مرة كل 3 أيام ولعدد محدود من المرات.
يُرفض الإعلان أو يُزال لأحد هذه الأسباب، ونُعلمك به:
- سلعة أو خدمة محظورة.
- معلومات مضلّلة.
- إعلان مكرّر.
- تصنيف خاطئ.
- صور غير مقبولة.
- إزعاج أو نشر عشوائي.
- محتوى مسيء.
- سبب آخر نبيّنه لك.
يمكنك تعديل الإعلان المرفوض وإعادة إرساله، أو الاعتراض كما في البند ٧ من الشروط. تكرار المخالفة أو جسامتها قد يؤدي إلى تعليق الحساب.

These rules form part of the Terms of Use. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and a listing that breaks them is rejected or removed with the reason stated.
- One item, service, or job per listing, and one listing per item. Do not repeat the same listing in another category or city.
- Choose the correct category. The country and main section cannot be changed after publishing, and we may move a listing to its correct category.
- Do not turn a published listing into a different item. Post a new listing.
- Do not delete and repost a listing to lift its position. Use “Refresh” or a promotion package.
- Offer what you own or are authorised to offer, and what actually exists in the country you post in.
- Write an honest and complete description, and state known defects. No misleading titles and no keyword stuffing.
- No links to other sites or platforms, and no promotion of competing platforms.
- Remove the listing or mark it “Sold” once the item is sold or the job filled.
- Answer interested people within a reasonable time, and do not ask for advance payment.
- A price is required for every listing except jobs, and it must be the real, full price in the currency of the listing's country.
- Do not put an instalment, a deposit, or a token price in place of the price.
- Real photos of the actual item offered, in its current condition. No images from the internet or from someone else's listing, and no generated or altered images that mislead a buyer.
- No phone numbers, web addresses, or other parties' logos or watermarks inside photos. The Platform applies its own watermark automatically.
- No collages, screenshots, or blurred images, and no photos of people without their consent.
- Up to 10 photos per listing.
- One vehicle per listing, with actual photos of it inside and out. You may hide the plate number.
- Make, model, year, mileage, and condition must match reality.
- State clearly if the vehicle is damaged, has an accident record, or carries an encumbrance or lien.
- Do not advertise a vehicle that is not in your possession or is reserved for another buyer.
- One listing per unit, for a property actually available at the time of posting.
- The advertiser is the owner or authorised by the owner. Brokers and developers hold the licence their country's law requires and show it on request.
- Area, room count, location, and price must match reality, and the listing must say whether the price is monthly or yearly.
- No unlawful discrimination in who is accepted as tenant or buyer.
- One real, open position per listing, with the title, place of work, and nature of the work.
- Asking an applicant for any amount — for applying, an interview, training, a visa, or the job — is prohibited.
- No network or pyramid marketing, and no “earning opportunities” without a defined job.
- No discriminatory conditions that the work itself does not require.
- Recruitment and manpower agencies may advertise only if licensed, and show the licence on request.
- Do not ask for images of personal documents in the listing.
- A listing stays live for 30 days from approval, and we remind you before it ends. Renewing is free and adds 30 days.
- After it ends it leaves search results and stays under “My Ads”; it is archived after 90 days.
- Editing the price, city, or contact number applies at once. Editing the title, description, photos, category, or specifications sends the listing back to review, so it leaves results until approved.
- “Refresh” to the top of results is available once every 3 days, a limited number of times.
A listing is rejected or removed for one of these reasons, and we tell you which:
- Prohibited item or service.
- Misleading information.
- Duplicate listing.
- Wrong category.
- Unacceptable photos.
- Spam.
- Offensive content.
- Another reason, which we state.
You can edit a rejected listing and resubmit it, or appeal as set out in section 7 of the Terms. Repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension of the account.
