- البشر وأعضاؤهم: أي عرض يمسّ الاتجار بالبشر، الأعضاء والدم، والتبني مقابل مال.
- العمالة المنزلية ونقل الكفالة: عرض عاملة أو عامل «للتنازل» أو «للبيع» أو نقل كفالة أو إقامة مقابل مال، وبيع التأشيرات أو الوعد بها.
- المحتوى والخدمات الجنسية: المواد الإباحية، الدعارة، خدمات المرافقة، وأي استغلال جنسي للأطفال (يُبلَّغ عنه فورًا).
- إعلانات الزواج والتعارف والخدمات المخالفة للآداب العامة.
- الوثائق الرسمية: الهويات وجوازات السفر ورخص القيادة والشهادات الدراسية والمهنية والأختام، حقيقية أو مزوّرة.
- البيانات الشخصية: قوائم الأرقام والبريد وقواعد البيانات، والحسابات المسروقة.
- المسروقات والمقلَّدات: السلع المسروقة أو مجهولة المصدر، والمقلَّدة أو المنتهكة لعلامة أو حق مؤلف، والبرمجيات والاشتراكات المقرصنة وخدمات البث غير المرخَّصة.
- الأنواع المهدّدة بالانقراض وأجزاؤها ومنتجاتها (كالعاج)، وكل حيوان يُعرض للقتال أو بقسوة.
- القمار واليانصيب وأجهزته ورهاناته.
- المخططات المالية: التسويق الهرمي والشبكي، «الربح السريع»، تداول العملات والعملات الرقمية والأسهم وإدارة المحافظ، والقروض من غير جهة مرخَّصة.
- العملات وأدوات الدفع: النقود المزيفة، البطاقات المصرفية، والحسابات البنكية.
- أدوات الاختراق والتجسس: أجهزة التنصّت والتشويش، برمجيات الاختراق، وخدمات فك حماية الأجهزة.
- الشارات والأزياء الرسمية للجيش والشرطة والجهات الحكومية.
- الآثار والقطع التراثية غير المصرّح ببيعها.
- المواد الخطرة: الكيميائيات السامة والمبيدات المحظورة والمواد المشعّة.
- المنتجات المسحوبة من السوق لعيوب سلامة، والأغذية المنتهية أو غير المطابقة.
- جمع التبرعات وطلبات المساعدة المالية دون تصريح من الجهة المختصة.
- المحتوى المسيء: ما يمسّ الأديان أو يحرّض على الكراهية أو العنف أو التمييز، وما يشهّر بشخص أو ينتهك خصوصيته.
يجوز لنا طلب ما يثبت الشرط قبل النشر أو بعده، وإزالة الإعلان إن لم يُقدَّم.
- الوساطة العقارية والتطوير: بترخيص ساري من الجهة المختصة في بلد العقار.
- مكاتب التوظيف والاستقدام: بترخيص ساري من الجهة المختصة، ودون تقاضي مبالغ من العامل.
- الخدمات المهنية المنظَّمة (الصحية والعلاجية، القانونية، الهندسية، المالية، التأمين): بترخيص مزاولة ساري، ودون ادّعاء نتائج.
- الأغذية والمكمّلات ومستحضرات التجميل: من منشأة مرخَّصة وبمنتجات مسجَّلة حيث يوجب القانون ذلك.
- الحيوانات الأليفة والمواشي والصقور: بما يجيزه قانون البلد، مع ما يلزم من تصاريح وشهادات صحية، ودون أنواع محمية.
- لوحات المركبات المميَّزة، أرقام الهواتف وشرائح الاتصال: فقط حيث يجيز قانون البلد تداولها بين الأفراد وبالطريقة التي يحددها.
- الطائرات المسيَّرة (الدرون): حيث يجيز القانون حيازتها، مع ما يلزم من تسجيل أو ترخيص.
- تذاكر الفعاليات والسفر: حيث لا يحظر منظّمها أو القانون إعادة بيعها.
- المعادن الثمينة والمجوهرات: بوصف صادق للعيار والوزن.

This list forms part of the Terms of Use and applies to offers and requests alike. It is not exhaustive: anything the law of the country you post in forbids is also forbidden. Offering prohibited items may lead to immediate suspension and a report to the competent authorities.
- Weapons: firearms, their parts and ammunition, explosives and fireworks, combat knives, stun devices and defence sprays — even if licensed.
- Drugs and psychoactive substances, their paraphernalia, and any controlled substance.
- Medicines, pharmaceutical preparations, and medical products subject to prescription or registration, and products claiming to treat or cure.
- Tobacco and related products: cigarettes, e-cigarettes and their liquids, shisha and its tobacco.
- Alcohol and pork products.
- People and body parts: any offer touching on human trafficking, organs and blood, or adoption for money.
- Domestic workers and sponsorship transfer: offering a worker “for release” or “for sale”, transferring sponsorship or residency for money, and selling or promising visas.
- Sexual content and services: pornography, prostitution, escort services, and any sexual exploitation of children (reported immediately).
- Marriage and dating ads, and services contrary to public morals.
- Official documents: identity cards, passports, driving licences, academic and professional certificates, and stamps — genuine or forged.
- Personal data: lists of numbers or emails, databases, and stolen accounts.
- Stolen and counterfeit goods: stolen items or items of unknown origin, counterfeits or goods infringing a trademark or copyright, pirated software and subscriptions, and unlicensed streaming services.
- Endangered species, their parts and products (such as ivory), and any animal offered for fighting or with cruelty.
- Gambling and lotteries, their devices and bets.
- Financial schemes: pyramid and network marketing, “get rich quick” offers, trading in currencies, cryptocurrencies, or shares, portfolio management, and loans from an unlicensed lender.
- Currency and payment instruments: counterfeit money, bank cards, and bank accounts.
- Hacking and spying tools: eavesdropping and jamming devices, hacking software, and device-unlocking services.
- Official insignia and uniforms of the army, police, and government bodies.
- Antiquities and heritage pieces not authorised for sale.
- Hazardous materials: toxic chemicals, banned pesticides, and radioactive materials.
- Recalled products withdrawn for safety defects, and expired or non-compliant food.
- Fundraising and requests for financial help without a permit from the competent authority.
- Offensive content: anything insulting religions, inciting hatred, violence, or discrimination, defaming a person, or invading their privacy.
We may ask for proof of the condition before or after publishing, and remove the listing if it is not provided.
- Real-estate brokerage and development: with a valid licence from the competent authority in the property's country.
- Recruitment and manpower agencies: with a valid licence from the competent authority, and without charging the worker.
- Regulated professional services (health and therapeutic, legal, engineering, financial, insurance): with a valid licence to practise, and without claiming results.
- Food, supplements, and cosmetics: from a licensed establishment and with registered products where the law requires.
- Pets, livestock, and falcons: as the country's law allows, with the permits and health certificates required, and no protected species.
- Distinctive vehicle plates, phone numbers, and SIM cards: only where the country's law allows individuals to trade them, and in the manner it prescribes.
- Drones: where the law allows possessing them, with any registration or licence required.
- Event and travel tickets: where neither the organiser nor the law forbids resale.
- Precious metals and jewellery: with an honest statement of purity and weight.
